Our Vision & Mission

The mission of the Personal Care Foundation (PCF) is to improve the physical and mental well-being of survivors of domestic violence, their children, and others in need by providing access to essential hygiene items. By addressing a critical gap in support—hygiene items not covered by government assistance programs—PCF empowers individuals to maintain good health, prevent illness, and rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence, fostering a healthier and more resilient community.
